What will my cat get to eat?

We normally provide Whiskas or Felix supplemented with a bowl of Iams complete biscuits, however, we are pleased to cater for any owners individual preferences. You will be asked to state your cat's normal diet on the booking form and this will be strictly adhered to, although, Beluga Caviar and Smoked Salmon are an extra.

We can also provide most common prescription diets but please check in advance, as we may not be able to obtain it and you will need to provide it yourself.

What vaccinations will my cat need?

Before we can accept your cat it must have been vaccinated in the last year against feline enteritis and cat flu. A current certificate must be produced at the time of boarding, which we will retain and return to you on the day of departure.

If your cat has not been vaccinated, or the annual booster has lapsed, a full course of vaccinations, normally taking three weeks, must be completed 48 hours before boarding.

We regret that un-neutered Toms, over the age of 6 months, cannot be accepted. This is subject to your Vets judgment.

  Can I have a look around first?

At Allseasons, the health and wellbeing of our boarders, clients and employees still continues to be our highest priority. 

Due to the nature of our business, viewings will be available, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday to Saturday (no viewings available Bank Holidays or Sundays sorry)

   What are the Terms & Conditions?

For the safety of other boarders, any cat that is suffering from an infection, or is otherwise unfit, will not be allowed to board.


The Cattery reserves the right to refuse entry if necessary.


Due to Data Protection issues, at the time of boarding, you will be asked to sign a declaration that will allow your Veterinary surgery or a surgery nominated by us, to conduct an examination and administer treatment and medication, in the unlikely event of it being necessary and we have been unable to contact you.


The dates booked are the dates that will be charged. If stated at the time of booking, cats collected before noon will be given a half day discount.


Cancellation charges may apply, if a confirmed booking is cancelled within three days of scheduled arrival. 


Full terms and conditions are available on request and a copy will be provided when you receive the boarding form.
